• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition. 

• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective, or the wrong item(s) were shipped.

• Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable box sufficient to prevent item(s) from being damaged during return shipping. 

• This Return & Exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.

• Returns and exchanges typically take 3-5 days to ship once we receive the item(s)

• All exchanges are dependent on available inventory.

• Shipping back to customer for one exchange per purchase is paid by KING OPS FISHING GEAR.

• Return shipping labels to cover shipping cost from the customer to KING OPS FISHING GEAR are provided only for damaged or defective items, or if the wrong item(s) were shipped. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for packages being sent back to KING OPS FISHING GEAR.
